December 25, Fineko/abc.az. Totally, 763 certificates of free sale were issued in e-form through portal azexport.az from April 2018 to October 15, 2025. In 2025, 10 certificates were issued.

ABC.AZ informs that the cost of the certificate is 20 manats per product. A fee of 5 manats is charged for certificates submitted for each additional country for the same product. E-applications are reviewed and a certificate is usually issued within 1-3 business days.

This e-service serves to simplify export procedures, reduce the administrative burden on entrepreneurs and expand the access of Azerbaijani products to international markets.
