December 22, Fineko/abc.az. The proposed amendment to the Law on Tobacco & Tobacco Products has put entrepreneurs in a difficult position. If such an amendment is adopted, the import, export, production, storage, wholesale and retail sale, and use of electronic cigarettes and their components will be prohibited.

ABC.AZ reports that entrepreneurs who import products into the country, whose banning is planned, say that a large number of products will remain in their hands.

At the same time, there are many entrepreneurs whose ordered goods are already on the way. According to them, the products were purchased on credit. A sudden decision will cost them serious financial expenses.

To mitigate the proposed changes, the entrepreneurs appealed to the government.
