December 1, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, Azerbaijan exported 144,029 tons of tomatoes for $157.2 million (12% more in value terms and 23% more in quantity against the 2024 same term), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee.

Azerbaijan sold 139,251 tons of products to Russia (+21%) for $150 million (10% more than 1 year ago), Belarus - 2,310 tons (+2.1-fold) for $5.1 million (+2-fold), Georgia - 1,588 tons (+28-fold) for $1.1 million (+19-fold), to Poland - 642 tons (+2.5-fold) for $956,000 (+2.2-fold), to Ukraine - 167 tons (+5-fold) for $187,000 (+4.3-fold).

Azerbaijan resumed the supply of tomatoes to Kazakhstan (13,500 tons for $16,830) after a break of 2 years and 3 months.

Of the 145,600 tons of tomatoes exported from Azerbaijan in 2024, 97.4% went to Russia.
