November 18, Fineko/abc.az. Anglo Asian Mining's updated forecast says copper production will increase by the end of the year and next year.

ABC.AZ informs that in 2025, the main part of the export structure will be directed to Georgia. Thus, 14,399 tons ($26.34 million) were shipped to the neighboring country, 845 tons ($869,000) to Uzbekistan, and 821 tons ($2.7 million) to Switzerland. And last year, exports were carried out only to Switzerland. Its volume was only 729.83 tons, or $1.47 million.

And there was a different dynamic in the average export price. The average export price of a ton of copper ore in 2025 was approx. $1,860. This figure reached $2,020 in the first 9 months of 2024. Thus, the average price decreased by about 7.6%.
