Contact Center 964 starts operating in Baku Metro

November 4, Fineko/abc.az. Baku Metro CJSC has introduced another innovation in order to improve the quality of service.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the company, that as part of the ongoing work to increase passenger satisfaction, Contact Center 964 has started operating in the Baku Metro.

The call center operators, who will provide services in new composition and form with digital introduction of technological innovations, will answer calls 7 days a week, from 07:00 to 23:00. The center will register all requests, suggestions and complaints received from citizens, as well as conduct appropriate redirection.

The staff will be operational for 15 hours of continuous maintenance.
