On October 28, a press conference was held at Hilton Baku Hotel dedicated to the Automechanika Baku, which will be held in Azerbaijan for the first time.

The press conference was attended by representatives of the mass media, the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation, the Azerbaijan Automobile Dealers Association, Vice President of Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH, the creator of the Automechanika brand, the head of Business Media Central Asia, as well as the exhibition organisers.

At the conference, speeches were delivered by Farid Mammadov, Vice President of Azerbaijan Automobile Federation, Stephan Kurzawski, Senior Vice President for Consumer Goods, Automotive and Textile Shows and Sales at Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH, Eyyub Aliyev, Executive Director of Azerbaijan Automobile Dealers Association, and Orkhan Ahmadov, Director of Tajsir Expo. They provided detailed information about the exhibition and answered questions from journalists.

Automechanika Baku will make its debut from 3–5 March 2027 at the Baku Expo Center. The exhibition will be organised by Tajsir Expo, an international exhibition organiser, in cooperation with Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH (Germany) and with the official support of the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation. The project is also supported by the Azerbaijan Exhibition Organisers Association (ASTA).
