October 20, Fineko/abc.az. French fashion holding company Kering will sell its cosmetics business to L'Oreal for €4 bn.

ABC.AZ reports that the deal includes Creed brand and a 50-year license to produce perfumes and cosmetics under brands Gucci, Bottega Veneta and Balenciaga. This is L'Oreal's largest acquisition and part of Kering's anti-crisis restructuring, which seeks to reduce debt and reduce dependence on Gucci. The transaction is to be completed in the 1st half of 2026.
