October 6, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, Azerbaijan imported ferrous and non-ferrous metals from Turkey for $101.4 million (3% less against the 2024 same term), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Assembly of Turkish Exporters.

In September alone, Turkey exported ferrous and non-ferrous metals to Azerbaijan for $11.227 million (26.5% less than 1 year ago). In 9 months, the total value of exports of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in Turkey grew by 6.3% compared with last year to $9.867 billion, and in September - by 8.6% to $1.133 billion.

The largest imports of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from Turkey were carried out by Germany for $1.178 bn (6.1% more than a year ago), by Italy for $795.325 million (+29.2% more) and by the U.S. for $459.367 million (-6.4% less).
