September 16, Fineko/abc.az. The average monthly salary in Azerbaijan will reach 1,411.8 manats in 2029.

According to forecasts, the average monthly salary in the country will amount to 1,170.8 manats in 2026, 1,246.8 manats in 2027, and 1,327.6 manats in 2028, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Ministry of Finance.

Thus, in the next 4 years, the average monthly nominal salary in Azerbaijan will increase by 20.6%.

As of August 1, 2025, the average monthly nominal salary in Azerbaijan is 1,098 manats (9.5% more against Jan-Jul 2024).
