September 4, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has identified cases of employees being engaged without formal labor contracts.

According to ABC.AZ, which cites Report, the service continues tax control measures aimed at preventing cashless transactions in retail and catering businesses via card-to-card transfers instead of POS terminals, ensuring compliance with cash handling regulations, and eliminating instances where employment relationships are not formalized according to the law.

Despite measures to inform taxpayers and issue warnings, monitoring under tax control measures revealed violations of cash transaction rules at several businesses in the service, catering, and retail sectors in the Nakhchivan city. These violations included refusal to use POS terminals, offering clients card-to-card transfers, and engaging employees without labor contracts.
