Rabitabank announces an open tender

August 11, Fineko/abc.az. Rabitabank has declared an open tender procedure for purchase of furniture equipment for the Khankendi branch.  

The deadline for the tender is 20.08.2025, at 13:00 hours.
The winner of the tender will be determined according to the following criteria:
* Experience of the participating company in this field (matching qualifications) and provision of database of companies to which it rendered services (references)
* The time of the work must be marked.
* Compliance with the terms of the warranty period and technical support
* Providing the lowest price that meets the requirements

Documents required to be submitted for participation in the tender:
* The portfolio of the company submitting the tender offer in the relevant field
* Copies of legal documents (Articles of Association, certificates of state registration, extracts from the register, INN, etc.)
* Confidentiality agreement (to be sent by e-mail to companies that have confirmed their participation in the tender)
* A document confirming the authority of the person authorized to sign the tender offer and the purchase agreement
* The official financial statements of the company for the last year
* Official certificate of absence of tax arrears of the company for the last year
The tender bids must be drawn up in the Azerbaijani language. The bids must be signed, stamped and sent in a closed envelope before the deadline specified above to the address AZ 1014, Baku, 71 Fuzuli Street.
