July 23, Fineko/abc.az. According to the World Economic Forum, in the context of rapid digitalization and automation, the labor market is being transformed, and with it, the requirements for professional skills.

ABC.AZ informs that according to a survey of 1,043 international companies, including more than 14 million employees, analytical thinking is recognized as a key skill - 69% of employers value it. This is followed by flexibility and adaptability (67%), leadership skills (61%), creative thinking (57%) and self-aware motivation (52%).

Technological literacy, the desire for learning, as well as skills in working with AI and big data remain important. Traditional skills such as reading and mathematics are rated significantly lower.
