July 21, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan ranked third among Georgia's largest export partners in the first half of 2025.
ABC.AZ report with reference to the National Statistics Service of Georgia that exports to Azerbaijan totaled $341.8 million.
The 1st place among export destinations was taken by Kyrgyzstan (;681.3 million) and the 2nd by Kazakhstan ($414 million). As a whole, Top 10 partner countries made up 79.8% of Georgian exports.
Turkey retained the 1st place in the structure of Georgian imports ($1.29 billion), followed by the U.S. ($1.28 billion) and Russia ($950.5 million).
From January to June 2025, Georgia exported automobiles for $1.217 billion. This product group made up 37.6% of overall exports.
This is followed by ores and concentrates of precious metals ($174.6 million) and alcoholic beverages ($123.2 million).
Automobiles also took the 1st place in imports – $1.662 billion (19.1% of overall imports). Oil and petroleum products came in 2nd place at $601.9 million, while paintings, drawings and handmade pastels came in 3rd at $481.2 million.
