July 21, Fineko/abc.az. According to open sources in Azerbaijan, the winner of Azintelekom's tenders was Innovative Projects Center CJSC.

ABC.AZ reports that this particular company is the winner of 6 tenders held by Azintelekom this year.

The total cost of those tenders is approx. 3.96 million manats.

This company won tenders only from Azintelekom, and did not participate in other organizations, which raises certain doubts. The second company to win the largest number of Azintelekom tenders is Bestcomp Group CJSC.

In 2024, Azintelekom held 32 tenders. Their total cost was around 35.9 million manats.

Bestcomp Group CJSC won three of those tenders, their value reached 13.48 million manats (37.5% of the tenders in 2024).

Also, as part of the tender, an agreement was signed for the supply of equipment within the Government Cloud Project in the amount of 12.36 million manats.

The third company that has won the largest number of tenders is SMTS LLC.

The company won the tender in 2024, and the contract value is close to 6.35 million manats (about 17-18% of the total cost).
