July 16, Fineko/abc.az. Saudi Arabia plans to open the real estate market to foreigners in 2026.

ABC.AZ informs that the bill has been approved by the Cabinet Ministers, but it will enter into force only next year.

Foreigners will be able to buy real estate only in certain districts of the country, such as Riyadh and Jeddah. In addition, there will be cities where real estate transactions will require special conditions. These include Mecca and Medina.

Saudi Arabia is a developing country with a large-scale government strategy and stable oil economy, which logically may be of interest to investors.
