Renault Clio hatchback becomes best-selling car in Europe for second month in a row

June 25, Fineko/abc.az. In Europe, French hatchback Renault Clio became the best-selling car for the second month in a row, ABC.AZ informs with reference to research company JATO.

In May 2025, 21,163 such vehicles were sold in the European Union (12% more versus the 2024 same term).

The list of the 10 best-selling cars in Europe for May:

1. Renault Clio (21,163 cars; +12%);

2. Dacia Sandero (19,948 cars; +3%);

3. Volkswagen T-Roc (18,420 cars; -10%);

4. Peugeot 208 (16,485 cars; +6%);

5. Volkswagen Golf (15,987 cars; -18%);

6. Peugeot 2008 (15,712 cars; -2%);

7. Volkswagen Tiguan (15,313 cars; +16%);

8. Dacia Duster (15,215 cars; +13%);

9. Toyota Yaris Cross (15,178 cars; +8%);

10. Citroën C3 (14,510 cars; -8%).
