June 11, Fineko/abc.az. As of June 1, 2025, the number of employment contracts in Azerbaijan reached 1,887,346.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service that compared with early 2019, the number of employment contracts increased by 465,431 ones.

Over the years, the indicator in the private sector of the non-oil economy of Azerbaijan has increased by 451,200 up to 991,122 contracts.

"The positive impact of the stimulating tax policy on the labor market continues," the Service says.
