Innovative Akala wellness complex, the Timeless Towers, to be built in Dubai

May 30, Fineko/abc.az. Akala Twin Towers, the world's first hotel complex for travelers' wellness, will appear in Dubai.

ABC.AZ reports that two 220 m high towers with 534 residences will be located between the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the city center.

The complex will have a spa, fitness centers, a clinic with stem cell treatment, restaurants with eco-menus and a private cinema.

The cost of apartments starts from 3.79 million dirhams ($1.03 million), a penthouse — 150 million dirhams ($40.5 million). The construction will be completed by the end of 2029.

The project is aimed at a new generation striving for a healthy and happy lifestyle. Arada plans to develop Akala in other regions of the world as well.
