May 21, Fineko/abc.az. The labor rights of 8,525 women were broken in 2024, ABC.AZ informs, referring to the State Committee on Family, Women and Children.

The document was submitted for discussion at today's meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Family, Women and Children.

The annual report says that the State Labor Inspection Service received 27,004 appeals in connection with violation of labor rights.

Of them, 8,525 (31.5%) applications related to violations of women's labor rights, and 18,479 (68.5%) related to men.

The document emphasizes that administrative fines amounting to 1.1 million manats were applied to employers for 731 violations of women's labor rights.
