April 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communication (CAERC) presented preliminary data on the April issue of the Export Review.
ABC.AZ informs that according to the survey, Azerbaijan's exports on the non-oil sector for Jan-Mar 2025 grew by 14.7% against Jan-Mar 2024 up to $771.9 million.
For the past 3 months of 2025, food exports increased by 15.1% up to $224.7 million.
Precious or semi-precious stones and metals exported for Jan-Mar 2025 grew by $46.7 million or 3.4-fold versus Jan-Mar 2024, ferrous metals and products made from them - by $9.1 million or 76.8%, chemical industry products - by $21.9 million or 33.4%, sugar - by $976,300 or by 18.8%, fruits and vegetables - by $20.8 million or by 15.7%, aluminum and products made from it - by $4.9 million or by 10.2%, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - by $724,000 or by 5.7%, tea - by $74,100, fats and oils of vegetable and animal origin - by $237,900 or by 4.2%, cotton yarn - by $22,100 or by 0.4%.
Over Jan-Mar 2025, exported agricultural products increased by 12.3% to $170.5 million, while agricultural products by 17.6% to $69.1 million. In general, the joint export of agricultural and agro-industrial products grew by 13.8% up to $239.6 million.
