February 7, Fineko/abc.az. In 2025, American company Amazon will invest $100 bn in the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, more than its competitors Alphabet and Microsoft, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Financial Times (FT).

The bulk of these finances go to Amazon Web Services, a cloud company that manages data centers and offers software tools to customers.

Amazon's massive AI spending plans echo those of other tech giants competing to dominate the fast-growing industry. However, now they are forced to adjust their plans due to the unexpected success of Chinese company Deep Seek in developing its chatbot.
