ABC.AZ was informed at the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) that the legislation does not provide for other cases of preferential use of transport services on public holidays: "The first 15 minutes of parking vehicles, as well as daily from 22:00 to 07:00 and on Sundays, payment is not required."
