December 24, Fineko/abc.az. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on additional measures to increase the capacity of the Baku International Sea Trade Port.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the order, 20 million manats have been allocated from the Presidential Reserve Fund of State Budget 2024 to the Baku International Sea Trade Port CJSC to increase authorized capital in connection with the creation of a special project management office for construction of Phase 2 of the Port expansion in order to increase port's capacity by 10 million tons up to 25 million tons.

The Ministry of Finance must provide financing in the specified amount, and the Cabinet Ministers must resolve issues arising from the order.
