He noted that an image and voice sending function is planned in the application. It is also planned to introduce a pilot system in test mode, which will automate the workflow of ambulance crews and improve interaction of crews with Call Center 103.

According to Ramazanov, another innovation will be a function that will allow you to remotely contact qualified specialists 24/7 during a call to receive consulting support.
