October 3, Fineko/abc.az. Lump-sum allowance in the amount of 6-fold of the official salary will be paid for submitting a written application for dismissal at the discretion of an employee of the judicial authority who has stopped serving in the judicial authorities.

ABC.AZ reports that this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on Service in the Judicial Authorities, discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Legal Policy & State Building.
