June 25, Fineko/abc.az. The sale and donation of rehabilitation funds to a person with an established disability is prohibited.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree on the amendments to the Conditions & procedure for providing persons with disabilities with rehabilitation facilities.

So, a new paragraph has been added to the document. It was noted that it is prohibited to sell or donate rehabilitation funds provided to a person, except in cases provided for in Paragraph 3.14 of this rule.

Paragraph 3.14 of the rules states: After the death of the person to whom the car was given, the car is removed from the register and transferred to the ownership of the family of the deceased with its transfer to the name of one of his family members.
