May 24, Fineko/abc.az. Projects for production and export of electric vehicles may be realized in Azerbaijan in the coming years, ABC.AZ quotes Gulai Hasanova, executive director of the Azerbaijan Association of Machinery & Equipment Manufacturers.

She added that Azerbaijan plans to produce 8,000 cars in 2024, including 2,000 trucks and buses. Prices for locally produced cars range from 17,800 manats to 160,000 manats.
