ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on Labor Pensions.

According to the bill, the case of children who have lost their parents or are left without parental care is also among the conditions allowing benefits.

According to Article 7 of the Law, the pension capital of men who have reached the age of 63 and women who have reached the age of 60, registered in the insurance part of an individual personal account, allows to receive a pension not lower than the minimum amount of a labor pension, regardless of insurance experience, if a person has insurance experience of at least 25 years (except for persons who have been assigned a labor pension for old age before July 1, 2017), if this pension provision does not allow, then they are entitled to an old-age pension.
