March 4, Fineko/abc.az. Since January 1, 2024, the e-prescription system has been introduced in all medical institutions operating in Azerbaijan, ABC.AZ was informed at the Center for Analytical Expertise.

The full transition to the system in both private and public medical institutions will be provided in stages by the end of the year.

"Separate access to the system is being created for people working in a private or public medical institution who have the right to write prescriptions. These people, having logged into the system, will write recipes in the appropriate section," the Сenter says.
