January 25, Fineko/abc.az. The labor market in Europe is rapidly transforming.

This conclusion was made after a recent study by LinkedIn, ABC.AZ with reference to the foreign press.

According to the study, as competition for employment increases, new positions have appeared.

Thus, it was studied that next year the fastest growing positions will be associated with sustainable development, artificial intelligence and business development.

The study showed that, despite the growing competition in the labor market, two thirds of European specialists, namely 67%, are considering changing jobs this year.

While there was only one job advertisement for two active applicants on LinkedIn in 2022 in the UK and France, there is currently one job advertisement for four applicants.

While 37% of European professionals said they were looking for higher salary to overcome the housing crisis, 19% said they were more confident in their abilities and wanted to find a better position to move up the career ladder.
