January 17, Fineko/abc.az. In the field of production of machinery and equipment, other vehicles, cars, trailers and semi-trailers, products for AZN 770.6 million were manufactured in 2023.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that compared with the previous year, the production of cars, trailers and semi-trailers increased by 48.1%, machinery and equipment by 77.7%, and the production of other vehicles decreased by 4.1%.

In 2023, 3,738 automobiles were produced (1,689 cars more than in the previous year). As of 1 January 2024, the stock of finished products was 17 vehicles.

During this period, tractor manufacture grew by 12.6% against the previous year. As of January 1, 2024, the stock of finished products was 10 cars.
