January 17, Fineko/abc.az. The average monthly nominal salary of employees in the country's economy for Jan-Nov 2023 grew by 11.2% versus Jan-Nov 2022 and reached 923.1 manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that wages in the oil & gas sector amounted to 3,479.2 manats and in the non-oil/gas sector - 874.4 manats. The wages of employees of state-owned enterprises amounted to 890 manats, and private ones - 959.1 manats.

In the mining industry (3,339.4 manats), financial and insurance activities (2,308.1 manats), professional, scientific and technical activity (1,541.4 manats), as well as in the field of information and communications (1,493.9 manats), the average monthly nominal salary was higher than the national average.
