January 17, Fineko/abc.az. The Main Department of the State Traffic Police appealed to the drivers.

ABC.AZ reports that the appeal says:

"Some drivers disregard the rules of driving in bad weather conditions and, instead of slowing down in rainy weather, on the contrary, increase it even more by spraying water from puddles of pedestrians.

The solution of this issue was confirmed in Paragraph 1.5 of Article 342 of the Code of Administrative Offences of Azerbaijan. In connection with the prosecution of the driver, a protocol is drawn up against him. We inform all drivers that a fine of 40 manats will be imposed for violating this rule.”
