January 8, Fineko/abc.az. State standards have been adopted for components and individual technical devices designed for vehicles.

ABC.AZ informs that this is reported by the Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization, subordinated to the State Service for Antimonopoly Control & Consumer Market Supervision (under the Ministry of Economy).

The Institute has approved new state standards AZS ECE 4:2023 "Uniform provisions on the approval of equipment for the illumination of rear registration plates of motor vehicles and their trailers", AZS ECE 18:2023 "Uniform provisions on the approval of vehicles with an engine in relation to protection against unauthorized use", AZS ECE 103:2023 "Uniform provisions on approval of the replacement of pollution control devices for motor vehicles".
