November 14, Fineko/abc.az. In October 2023, the average daily crude oil production in Azerbaijan was at the level of 490,000 barrels, according to IEA monthly report.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the agency, oil production in Azerbaijan reached 490,000 barrels in September.

Within the framework of OPEC+ cooperation (initiative on oil production cut with participation of OPEC and non-OPEC countries), Azerbaijan's quota for daily crude oil production is 684,000 barrels.

Thus, Azerbaijan lagged behind its quota within OPEC+ by 194,000 barrels in October.

According to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Energy, in September 2023, daily crude oil production in Azerbaijan totaled 491,000 barrels, and during this period the country lagged behind the quota within OPEC+ by 193,000 barrels.
