November 13, Fineko/abc.az. As of November 1, 2023, the number of labor contracts concluded in Azerbaijan reached 1,790,800.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Tax Service that stimulating tax policy implemented for more than 4 years has led to significant changes in the labor market.

As a result of measures to "whitewash" the wage fund and ensure transparency, the number of concluded employment contracts increased by 388,900 compared to the beginning of 2019.

In the private sector of the non-oil sector, this indicator increased by 349,175 and exceeded 889,000 contracts.
