ABC.AZ reports that the most popular destination from Baku is Istanbul, a city where Eastern and Western cultures combine. In 9 months of 2023, more than 745,000 passengers were transported via Baku-Istanbul-Baku route. Among the airlines operating flights to both airports of this beautiful city are Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), Turkish Airlines, AnadoluJet and Pegasus.

The second most popular destination is Moscow, where about 510,000 passengers were carried. Flights from Baku to Moscow airports Domodedovo, Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo are operated by AZAL, Aeroflot, Utair and IrAero airlines.

India reduced crude oil imports from Azerbaijan
October 19, Fineko/abc.az. India has lowered crude oil imports from Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan sold 1.249 million tons of crude oil to India in the first three months of 2023 (25% less against Jan-Sept 2022), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the State Customs Committee.
The value of exported crude oil reached $739.04 million.
