Mehri railway line opens?

October 17, Fineko/abc.az. Pashinyan stated Armenia's readiness to restore the Mehri railway line. 

ABC.AZ reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during his speech in the European Parliament.
"We are ready to restore the Mehri railway line, which will connect the western regions of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan," he emphasized.
