ABC.AZ reports that Zaur Aliyev, the chairman of board of the State Compulsory Medical Insurance Agency, told about this today, when delivering speech at the event of the structure on presentation of a package of services for media representatives.

"If we compare 2019 with 2023, we will see a significant increase in doctors' salaries. If earlier it was calculated on single tariff schedule, today there are also bonuses and allowances.

The salary, which used to be about 400 manats, has grown to 2,000 manats. This indicates the positive dynamics of the work done. In particular, there is still a lot of work to be done in state medical institutions," he concluded.
