September 14, Fineko/abc.az. 1,902,200 passengers were transported by air in Azerbaijan for Jan-Aug 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the indicator is 32.7% more versus Jan-Aug 2022.

99.9% of transportation was carried out by state and 0.1% by private enterprises.

According to statistical data, cargo transportation by air declined by 33.5% to 198,900 tons.
