September 8, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on measures to overhaul the section of highway Alat-Astara – the state border with the Islamic Republic of Iran (M-3).

ABC.AZ reports that according to the order, State Budget 2023 allocated AZN 7 million to the State Agency of Highways of Azerbaijan in order to overhaul the 217-243th kilometer of highway Alat-Astara - the state border with Iran (M-3).
