August 28, Fineko/abc.az. A total of 6,631 new enterprises and organizations were created in Baku in the second half of 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that 31,854 new jobs were created in Baku in the first half of 2023.

This is due to the fact that compared to the corresponding period last year, the number of new enterprises and organizations decreased by 0.06%, while the number of new jobs increased by 17.2%.

During the first six months of this year, 29,978 new jobs were created in existing enterprises and organizations in Baku, and 1,839 new jobs were created in new enterprises and organizations.
