August 28, Fineko/abc.az. A total of 3,638 cars and other motor vehicles intended for the transportation of people were imported from China to Azerbaijan in January-July 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Interfax-Azerbaijan that, according to materials of the main customs department of China, the Chinese export of these products to Azerbaijan for the reporting period was estimated at $71.882 million.

In July, the import of cars and other motor vehicles intended for the passenger transportation to Azerbaijan from China in quantitative terms increased by 43% compared to June, to 642 units, in monetary terms, the figure rose by 20% m-o-m, to $11.6 million.

China's main customs administration does not provide data for the same period last year.
