June 24, Fineko/abc.az. Milli Majlis has endrosed a draft on fines for violators of vehicle recycling requirements.

ABC.AZ reports that the draft amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences were submitted for discussion in the 3rd reading at today's Milli Majlis meeting.

According to the amendment, officials will be fined 300 manats for violating or failing to comply with the requirements of the Law on Waste when disposing of vehicles, and legal entities – 600 manats.

In addition, another article envisages imposition of a fine on officials in the amount of 300 manats, and on legal entities - 600 manats for failure by the utilizer to provide information to the operator for the disposal of vehicles in accordance with the procedure established by law.

The draft amendments were put to the vote and adopted in the 3rd reading.
