June 23, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the Baku Stock Exchange Listing Committee, the shares of BOA Agency OJSC have been included in the BSE conditional listing in the standard market segment.

ABC.AZ was informed about this at the BSE.

The number of ordinary registered non-documentary shares is 86,000, and the nominal value of each is 1 manat. The form of placement is the subscription method.

In accordance with Paragraph 4.5 of the Rules of listing, storage, delisting and organization of securities trading at the BSE, BOA Agency undertakes to increase its authorized capital to at least AZN 200,000 within the next 6 months.
