June 20, Fineko/abc.az. It is planned to impose a ban on the sale of registered medicines at prices higher than regulated ones in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, an amendment is being made to the Law on Medicines.

The proposed amendment prohibits the sale of state-registered medicines without price regulation or at prices higher than regulated ones.

Under the valid law, it is prohibited to sell state-registered medicines without price regulation or at prices other than regulated ones (with the exception of prices below wholesale prices offered to medical institutions in public procurement).
