May 1, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the charter of the Association for the Management of Medical Territorial Units (TƏBIB).

ABC.AZ reports that according to the decree, the amount of the authorized fund of TƏBIB is AZN 100,000.

The property of TƏBIB is formed at the expense of the authorized fund, property transferred by the founder, as well as at the expense of funds allocated from the State Budget and the CHI fund, at the expense of income received from its activities, donations, grants, attracted investments and other funds not prohibited by law.

The management bodies of TƏBIB are the Supervisory Board and the Executive Director. The Council carries out the general management and supervision of the TƏBIB, consists of 5 members, including the chairman.

The main activity of TƏBIB is: control over the work of medical institutions, the quality and accessibility of medical services provided in medical institutions, coordination of their activities, as well as improving the quality and adaptation of medical services to modern requirements.

According to the document, TƏBIB was instructed to approve the structure, the wage fund, and the number of employees and the size of their salaries within a month.
