April 27, Fineko/abc.az. "Relevant proposals have been prepared to exempt spare parts for electric vehicles imported in Azerbaijan from VAT and other duties. We hope that in the near future no additional duties will be charged when importing car parts of this category into the country," ABC.AZ reports quoting Minister of Ecology & Natural Resources Mukhtar Babayev.

According to Babayev, the Ministry he heads has already prepared relevant proposals in this regard.

The minister added that after contacting the relevant authorities, the issue will be discussed and resolved.
