April 20, Fineko/abc.az. The F1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix has caused revival in the Baku rental market. There is particularly acute need for renting apartments on the roadsides along which the main route of Formula cars passes.

There are several apartments in the center, from the balcony of which you can directly watch the F1 race. Prices for daily rent of these apartments have doubled, ABC.AZ reports, quoting real estate expert Ramil Gasimzade.
According to the expert, traditionally during the F1 days, the prices for daily rental of houses in Baku are increasing:

"The prices for renting apartments in the center are especially high. If their daily rent is usually 100-150 manats, then on the days of the competition it will grow to 250-350 manats. This price varies depending on the location of the apartments. Prices for renting apartments with balconies, mainly on Neftchiler Avenue, are rising sharply. But it will also affect the prices for renting apartments on Istiglaliyat Street. But this will be a temporary increase. After the competition, the daily rent of these apartments will cost about 50-150 manats."
