March 10, Fineko/abc.az. In January 2023, the unemployment rate in Turkiye decreased by 0.5 percentage points compared with December 2022 and made 9.7%.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Statistical Organization of Turkiye (TÜIK), during this period the number of the unemployed over the age of 15 decreased by 166,000 people.

This January, the number of the unemployed is estimated at 3.424 million.
